By taking a structure-first perspective, Base4 is not limited by any particular mechanism of action or RNA type. We have successfully targeted microRNAs, mRNA, pre-mRNAs, repeat expansion RNA (and more) utilizing mechanisms including but not limited to inhibition of translation, inhibition of maturation, and splicing modulation.
